Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your mail accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
